Shadow Priest (can respec, have gear) LF Guild

Talent Build: 2/0/59 (I can also spec Holy if u need me to.  I have SSC/TK equivalent gear.  I was mainly holy with about 14-17 in Disc.)

Reason for Application

My goal has always been to be a part of being able to raid against the end-game bosses. Unfortunately after last semester started, I wasn't able to raid except twice a week (Tues/Sat). Our guild started inviting lots of alts and others and so all the raid spots went to them instead of some of the original members. I rarely get invited to anything (haven't raided for 3 months) and so I am left with no other choice but to leave Zodiac. I've been with them for almost a year now, and unfortunately it's not the same guild as it was when I joined.

I am looking to join a guild that knows what they are doing and are my current progression level.

The type of play experience I expect from Codex is where there is a raid going on just about every night, and I am hoping Codex has multiple teams that raid the other tier dungeons. My goal as usual is to just be able to get to those end-game bosses and down them.

Raiding Experience

In pre-BC, I've raided Onyxia, AQ20, ZG, and Molten Core. All of those raids were with Zeal, and my own guild Absolution, which disbanded after BC came out.

Currently, I have raided and finished Kara, ZA, SSC, TK, Gruuls, Magtheridon, Doom Lord Kazzak and Doomwalker. I have never helped to defeat Lady Vashj or Prince Kael. All of those raids were with Zodiac.

Play Times/Availability

Currently, my raid times are restricted until the college semester is over. Tuesdays and sometimes Saturdays or Sundays are the times I can raid. Once classes are over in the first week of May, I'll be able to raid pretty much 3-4 times a week...all of that depends on work, but I can make it so I work mornings instead of nights.

Former Guilds/Reasons for Leaving

I was in Zodiac, and as explained above, I hadn't been invited to any raids in the last 3 months. The last time I raided was in SSC. Also, when we hit Lady Vashj, I was kicked because they wanted more DPS. They allowed a different priest to stay in the raid as holy (I was holy at the time) even though he had only been in the guild less than a month and I was in the guild for about 8 months at the time.
Also, since my raid leader (Kasino) would not allow me to raid anymore, I asked him why. He said my raid schedule was horrid and the guild had too many healers that wanted to raid. So I asked him if he wanted me to spec Shadow, and he said If I did, I would be allowed to raid again once my gear was better.
My goal then was to run kara every week and get badges, and by the time the new badge vendor appeared, I would be ready to raid with them again. Unfortunately the guild officers no longer announced when they were going to do any Karazhan runs for Badge farming, and I was either never invited cause they already had their group by the time I found out, or they completely ignored me. A few others are going through the same situation, and they have already /gquit. At this point, I am not even able to get anybody to join me for kara, and I cannot get any invites as well. Even getting a team for Heroics is a pain because no one wants to go unless it's with an officer. The guild has been very "cliquey" when it comes to forming groups for small things. The guild officers who are online a majority of the time refuse to help others and only run things with themselves. The original rule used to be that main toons come first, then alts. Those officers now run full kara runs with their Alts and refuse to give up a spot, even if we need gear from there still. I need gear because I had to respec. All they do is farm badges, and some of the guild officers already have about 500 badges, while others only have less than 100, and they still refuse to let others go in their place, even if it's an alt. Some of the guildies have been forced to pug instances and even Kara in order to get anything accomplished.

I need a guild that has players willing to go and join others in the guild for anything, and at least give a yes or no answer instead of totally ignore me. I hope you guys are a lot more mature than that, which I believe you are judging from your progression.

UI Addon Familiarity

I use Omen, sometimes KLH threat meter. Omen is good for raids, but lately it has been getting to be an annoyance with an update every day. KLH is good, but mainly for single target mobs, unless it's been updated. I also use X-perl, which is a great mod for my GUI when it comes to raiding...especially as a holy priest. I also have the damage/healing meters, and also some random addons like Deadly Boss mods, Atlas and also Atlas loot. All of these I am very familiar with because I've been using them for over a year now. Also I cannot forget any of the warnings for some of the TK bosses.

[why focus on the negative? let the guild know how far YOU have gotten, not that you missed crucial fights with your previous guild. maybe put SSC and TK after Gruul, Mag and world bosses, otherwise it gives the impression the highest instance you've been to is Mag.]

My semester is over next week and my raid schedule will allow for 3-4 days per week from 7-11pm.

[TLDR wall of text emo drama alert! leave out all your anger about what happened in your last guild. you already explained previously, just restate - calmly. the fact that you've been rejected from zodiac raids tells any guild or class leader that you probably aren't a very good player or else Zodiac would have wanted you. Also, talking smack about how 'immature' your old guild is flags you as a whiner to be avoided.]
Due to my school schedule last semester, my raid availability dropped with Zodiac and I lost my raid spot. I'm hoping that now that I have more time to raid, I'll be able to find a guild that has room for me in their raid.

Of course you realize I have a group of ppl denying what I said in my application and stating it was a lie.  Like I said, I regret posting what I said earlier, but that is the absolute reason why I left the guild.  Go ahead and ask a few of your guildies about me.  They know me from when I was with Zeal.  Annadar and Fharad/Karamok are a couple examples.  I'm not a bad guy, and am very nice to a lot of ppl....but some people tend to bring out my bad side because they feel like they need to mess with me for some reason.  So all rumors you guys hear about me post on here so that U guys can decide for yourselves if I'm worthy enough to join your guild or not.  RD didn't seem to have a problem with my application...in fact they invited me to a trial run through Black temple.  They want me to come again once I get a chance.  In fact, their application questionnaire asks to describe why I left my former guild....not to summarize in one sentence.
